To inaugurate the new venue in Milan’s Chinatown, Poormanger is organizing a street food-style party with live music, Baladin beer tapped by the brewery’s artisans, and Molecola soft drink, the all-Italian cola that is touring the world from Turin: a party to which all Milanese are invited, to meet the star chefs, taste the limited edition potatoes, and discover a new food that surprises everyone who tries it – the stuffed potato!

Pasquale Nastri, with Italy’s most famous Cinta Senese shoulder Porcobrado, a street-food companion at many events.
